Flex completes acquisition of EPC Power
FLEX•Flex completed its acquisition of EPC Power, adding power conversion technology and a platform with more than 15 GW deployed. EPC Power joins Flex’s Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment, which Flex plans to separate into Axiom Solutions International in the first quarter of 2027.
1. Acquisition completed
Flex completed its acquisition of EPC Power, adding hardware, software and controls for data center and grid applications. Flex said EPC Power’s platform has more than 15 GW deployed, including for grid stabilization and backup power.
2. Segment plans
EPC Power was folded into Flex’s Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment, which targets higher-density AI deployments and 800V data center power architectures. Flex plans to separate the segment into Axiom Solutions International in the first quarter of 2027.
