Flex named leadership teams for its planned Cloud and Power Infrastructure spin-off, targeted for the first calendar quarter of 2027.
Revathi Advaithi will serve as SpinCo CEO, with Bill Watkins as non-executive chairman.
Kevin Krumm, currently Flex CFO, is slated to become SpinCo CFO while remaining Flex CFO until the separation.
