Flowco appointed John R. Rutherford as an independent director, effective July 29, 2026, expanding the board to nine members.
Independent directors increase to five from four.
Rutherford is a former energy and finance executive, previously EVP of strategic planning, M&A, and business development at Plains All American Pipeline.
He spent over 20 years advising energy companies on M&A, including as managing director at Lazard’s North American Energy Practice.
