Flowserve appoints Carrier executive Ajay Agrawal to board

Flowserve elected Ajay Agrawal to its board, effective Aug. 5, 2026. Agrawal will join the Organization and Compensation Committee, plus the Technology, Innovation and Risk Committee.

Agrawal's background

He is chief business development officer, SVP of global services at Carrier Global. He previously served as Carrier’s chief strategy officer, and led its global services and Healthy Buildings business. Earlier, Agrawal was president of aftermarket services at Collins Aerospace.
