Fluence wins contract to supply Smartstack storage system, EPC for Avantus Rexford 2 project in California
FLNC•Fluence to supply Smartstack system for Rexford 2
Fluence signed an agreement with Avantus to supply its Smartstack battery system for the 200 MW/800 MWh Rexford 2 project in California.
The deal includes turnkey EPC services for the solar-linked, 4-hour duration battery energy storage system in Tulare County.
Construction is slated to start in 2027, with commercial operation targeted for late 2028.
