Fluor sells Mexico joint venture stake to ICA

Fluor divested its equity stake in Mexico joint venture ICA-Fluor Daniel to partner ICA for $175 million.
The move ends the joint venture formed in 1993 as Fluor shifts focus to other growth areas.
Fluor expects the sale gain and year-to-date joint venture operating income to exceed its anticipated 2026 earnings contribution from the venture.
A guidance update is planned for the second-quarter earnings call on Aug. 7.
