Fluor signed a memorandum of understanding with Inelectra to support clients in Venezuela’s energy, petrochemical and industrial sectors. The collaboration will combine Fluor’s global project execution expertise with Inelectra’s nearly 60 years of local market experience, with the partners aiming to establish a locally anchored platform to support increasing investment by international energy companies in Venezuela.
