Surge has engaged global engineering firm Fluor Corporation to lead the pre-feasibility study for its Nevada North Lithium project. Fluor will perform detailed site evaluation, process design, metallurgical testing and economic modeling to establish baseline project parameters.

The pre-feasibility work will validate resource estimates, refine ore processing flowsheets and develop preliminary cost and schedule forecasts. Outputs will inform engineering parameters and support the transition to a definitive feasibility study stage.

Completing the pre-feasibility study advances Surge’s Nevada North asset toward production readiness and enhances its ability to secure project financing. The partnership with Fluor underscores the project’s technical robustness and Surge’s commitment to accelerating lithium supply from its Nevada holdings.
