Fly-E Group delays Q2 Form 10-Q filing after needing more time to prepare financial statements

Fly-E Group filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its quarterly Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2026.

The company said additional time is needed to prepare the quarter’s financial statements, and the report is expected within five calendar days of the due date.

Net revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2026 fell 48.4% to $2.7 million from $5.3 million a year earlier.

The decline was driven by 26% fewer EVs sold, price cuts to clear aged inventory, and store closures and dispositions from July 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
