F&M Bank names Gregory R. Allen to board as Andrew J. Briggs steps down

Farmers & Merchants Bancorp announced a board transition at F&M Bank, with Andrew J. Briggs set to step down.
Briggs will attend his final board meeting on Aug. 25, 2026; he joined the board in 2019.
Gregory R. Allen was elected to the board; his first meeting is scheduled for Sept. 29, 2026.
Allen is executive director of the Fostoria Economic Development Corp., Fostoria Learning Center, and Seneca County Land Reutilization Corp.
He previously held executive leadership roles at WesBanco, including EVP posts spanning market leadership, commercial lending, and community banking.
