F&M Bank names Paul Elkins chief information and technology officer
FMAO•Farmers & Merchants Bancorp's F&M Bank appointed Paul Elkins senior vice president and chief information and technology officer on Nov. 5, 2026. He will lead technology strategy, infrastructure and operations.
