Fold Holdings announces special shareholder meeting

Fold Holdings said it will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting in 2026 at VirtualShareholderMeeting.com.

Shareholders will vote on a reverse stock split of the company’s common stock at a ratio between 1-for-2 and 1-for-50.

The board will retain discretion on whether to proceed, the timing, and the final split ratio within the approved range.

A separate proposal seeks approval to adjourn the meeting if more votes are needed to pass the reverse split.
