Ford named Dave Carroll president of Ford Energy, effective Aug. 31, succeeding Lisa Drake.
Carroll joins from ENGIE North America, where he served as CEO and chief renewables officer; previously held senior roles at EDF Renewables and Avangrid Renewables.
He will oversee Ford Energy operations spanning battery cell manufacturing, system assembly, commercial strategy and sales, reporting to John Lawler.
Drake will retire at year-end; she will remain through Dec. 31 to support the transition.
