Ford appointed Maria Grazia Davino vice president, sales, Ford of Europe, effective Oct. 1, 2026.
Davino will lead European sales, retail, dealer network and distribution.
She will report to Jim Baumbick, president, Ford of Europe.
Davino was regional managing director of BYD Europe, overseeing operations across multiple European markets.
She previously held senior roles at Stellantis, including group managing director and CEO of Stellantis UK; she began her career at Lamborghini in 2003.
