Ford Q2 2026 turns to GAAP net loss of $1.3 billion; revenue falls 4% to $48.3 billion year over year

Ford posted Q2 2026 revenue of $48.3 billion, down 4% year over year. GAAP net loss widened to $1.3 billion, including $4.2 billion of pre-tax special items.
Adjusted EBIT (non-GAAP) rose to $2.5 billion from a year earlier. Operating cash flow fell to $4.3 billion, and adjusted free cash flow slipped to $2.1 billion.
Segment performance and outlook
Ford Blue EBIT climbed to $1.14 billion. Ford Model e EBIT loss narrowed to $919 million, while Ford Pro EBIT dropped to $1.72 billion.
Ford raised its full-year adjusted EBIT outlook to $10 billion-$11 billion and lifted its adjusted free cash flow view to $6 billion-$7 billion.
