EEM•August sees second straight month of emerging market inflows
Foreigners added a net $11.3 billion to emerging market portfolios in August, marking a second straight month of inflows, according to the Institute of International Finance.
Emerging market debt drew $11.2 billion in August while equity flows were nearly flat at $0.1 billion, and 2026 debt inflows reached $242.9 billion through August while equity outflows reached $88.1 billion, the IIF said on Friday.
