1. Development and Commercialization Agreement

Foresight Autonomous Holdings entered a development and commercialization agreement with a leading Japanese safety-solutions manufacturer alongside distributor Cornes Technologies. The partnership targets smart-city, road traffic, hazard management and traffic-monitoring systems and builds on a framework established in February 2025.

2. Development Phase and Initial Revenue

The development phase is underway and scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027. Milestones during this phase are expected to generate approximately $250,000 in revenues as Foresight integrates and tests its 3D perception systems.

3. Sales Forecast and Revenue Growth

Following development completion, initial product sales are planned for late 2027. Conservative market assumptions project revenue growth to $3.6 million by 2030 based on adoption in service and patrol vehicles.

4. Technology and Market Impact

The projects leverage dual stereoscopic visible-light and thermal infrared AI camera systems to segment driving areas, detect lane intrusions and issue real-time hazard alerts in harsh weather or low-visibility conditions. This technology aims to accelerate Foresight’s commercialization and strengthen its position in Japanese and global road safety and smart-city markets.
