FRSXFRSX

Foresight's subsidiary Eye-Net Mobile signed a non-binding LOI with the City of Muntinlupa (600,000 residents) to launch a six-month V2X pilot engaging at least 8,000 road users for collision prediction and emergency alerts. Successful completion could integrate Eye-Net's SDK into the city's app for real-time disaster response and safety services.

1. LOI Details

Eye-Net Mobile, majority-owned by Foresight, entered a non-binding LOI with the City of Muntinlupa, which has roughly 600,000 residents, to explore smart urban mobility solutions. The agreement focuses on deploying cellular-based V2X collision prediction and prevention technology.

2. Pilot Project Scope

Following live demonstrations, the parties will run a six-month pilot engaging at least 8,000 road users across Muntinlupa. The pilot will test real-time collision alerts and measure performance against predefined key performance indicators.

3. Potential Commercial Integration

If the pilot meets its KPIs, Eye-Net's SDK could be integrated into the city's mobile application to deliver advanced collision-avoidance notifications and critical emergency services during natural disasters. This integration aims to enhance urban resilience through real-time safety and crisis response capabilities.
