Second-quarter results hit record revenue
Formula Systems posted Q2 revenue up 29.8% year over year to $782.4 million, a second-quarter record.
Operating income climbed 41.3% from a year earlier to $71.6 million.
Net income attributable to shareholders rose 54.6% year over year to $23.3 million, or $1.47 per diluted share.
First-half growth and dividend declaration
For the first half, revenue increased 24.4% from a year earlier to $1.52 billion; net income attributable to shareholders grew 71.4% to $58.9 million.
The board declared a $1.63-per-share cash dividend totaling about $25 million. CEO Guy Bernstein cited record metrics and confidence for 2H 2026.
