Events revenue declined 17% to USD 8.5 million on lower sponsorship and ticket sales, while client retention improved 3 percentage points to 77%.

Forrester Research posted Q2 net income of USD 15.2 million on revenue of USD 100.2 million, down 10% from the prior-year quarter.
Operating income fell to USD 3.4 million from the prior-year quarter’s 6.2% margin, pressured by restructuring costs equal to 2% of revenue.
