Fortitude Mining Holdings completed a cash acquisition of a 12.5 MW digital infrastructure facility in Prosser, Nebraska, ahead of its proposed combination with HeartSciences.
- Asset purchase price: $6.25 million, reduced by a $985,000 hosting deposit credit and $465,500 in miner credits.
- Net new cash outlay: about $4.7 million.
- The site adds a third Nebraska location, expanding Fortitude’s owned contracted power portfolio to more than 60 MW across seven sites.
- The facility includes owned land, a building, and an on-site 67 kV substation; estimated power cost is about $0.045/kWh.
