Fortive appoints ex-Teledyne CFO Susan Main to board, names her to audit committee
FTV•Susan Main joins Fortive board and audit committee
Fortive appointed Susan L. Main to its board, effective Sept. 9, 2026; the board expanded to nine members.
Main also joined the audit committee.
She was CFO of Teledyne Technologies from 2012 to 2023, leading global finance, financial reporting, audit, compliance and risk management.
Main previously served as Teledyne vice president and controller from 2004 to 2012.
