Fortrea chief accounting officer Parks resigns; Russell named interim CAO

Fortrea Chief Accounting Officer Robert A. Parks will resign effective Aug. 7, 2026 to pursue an opportunity outside the CRO industry.
Vice President of Accounting Carrie Russell will become interim chief accounting officer and interim principal accounting officer on Aug. 7.
Russell joined in August 2024; previously spent nearly 17 years at PwC, most recently as a Trust Solutions audit director in health industries.
CFO Jill McConnell will remain employed through Sept. 8, 2026 to support the transition, then shift into a consulting role through March 8, 2027.
