Credit agreement amended and facility size increased
Fortress Private Lending Fund entered a first amendment to its senior secured revolving credit agreement on Sept. 17, 2026, according to an SEC filing.
The amendment increases the maximum principal amount of the Scotia facility to $500 million, the filing said.
It also increases the accordion provision to permit a facility amount of up to $1 billion.
