Forum Markets acquired a CFM56-7B aircraft engine for USD 11.65 million in cash on July 28, 2026.
The engine was bought via newly formed unit Eurus Aerospace Token I from Aero Engine Solutions.
It was placed on lease to a major airline under an agreement dated July 29, 2026.
Aero Engine Solutions will service the engine during the lease for a fee.
The servicing supplement includes reciprocal options for Aero Engine Solutions or the owner to buy or sell the engine at lease end, subject to condition terms.
