Forum Markets reported that Crystal Heter resigned from its board effective Aug. 19, 2026.
Heter also stepped down from the board’s audit, compensation, nominating and corporate governance committees.

Her departure was not tied to any dispute with the company.
Heter was appointed president and CEO of Tallgrass Energy on March 27, 2026.
