Michael Ashe joins Forward Industries board

Forward Industries appointed Galaxy Digital Chief Strategy Officer Michael Ashe to its board, effective immediately.

Ashe previously served as a board observer.

He previously led strategy, corporate development and investment banking at Galaxy.

Earlier roles included investment banking director at Oppenheimer, with prior experience at Citi in equity capital markets, structured finance and strategy.
