FOSL•Fossil Group held its annual shareholder meeting on Oct. 2, 2026. Shareholders elected seven directors to one-year terms, approved an amendment to the 2024 long-term incentive plan and ratified Deloitte & Touche as auditor for the fiscal year ending Jan. 2, 2027.
