Founder Group completed the acquisition of a 19.9% equity interest in Nichcom Go, operator of the SpacePlus EV charging network.
The transaction positions Founder Group to pair its solar PV EPCC and in-house battery storage capabilities with SpacePlus charging sites.
Nichcom Go targets deployment of 1,000 EV charging stations across Malaysia by 2028 under the partnership.
