Founder Group sets CEO monthly share-based pay at US$17,500 under new director remuneration plan

Share-based awards will settle in Class B shares, sized monthly using the Class A closing price on the last trading day.
CEO and director compensation details
Chairman-CEO Lee Seng Chi is to receive US$17,500 a month in share-based compensation.
Director Thien Chiet Chai is to receive US$4,000 a month in cash and US$7,500 in share-based compensation.
Independent directors are to receive monthly cash retainers ranging from US$2,500 to US$5,000.
