ESN Group acquired the 104,897-square-foot property at 400 and 450 Carillon Parkway.
Property occupancy and improvements
The complex was about 93% leased to 21 tenants at the time of sale.
Ownership invested more than USD 1.8 million in capital improvements since 2020.
