Four Corners Property Trust said it acquired a Cooper’s Hawk restaurant property in Michigan for $9.1 million.
The asset is corporate-operated under a triple-net lease with 10 years remaining.
The deal was priced at a 6.6% cap rate on rent at closing, excluding transaction costs.
