Fourth tanker carrying Russian diesel to depart on October 28, Russia's Novak says
USO•A fourth tanker carrying Russian diesel is due to depart Russia on October 28, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said, after three shipments left following a supply deal with the United States.
1. Fourth shipment planned
Novak said the fourth tanker would depart on October 28. The first of the four tankers left on October 22; Moscow and Washington agreed in early October that Russia would supply diesel to the United States and global markets, with the US temporarily lifting sanctions on Russian fuel.
