Fox Factory names Douglas Grimm interim CEO, replacing Mike Dennison

Fox Factory appointed independent director Douglas Grimm interim CEO effective October 16, 2026, replacing Mike Dennison, who is stepping down as CEO and a board member.

1. Interim leadership change

Grimm has more than 40 years of automotive and industrial experience, including serving as president and chief operating officer of Metaldyne Performance Group. The board retained Heidrick & Struggles to help find a permanent CEO; Grimm is not a candidate. Alan Bazaar will succeed Grimm as Audit Committee chair, and Grimm will leave the committee.
