Fox names Roku founder Anthony Wood to board
FOXA•Fox Corporation named Roku founder Anthony Wood to its board and appointed him co-chair of the newly formed FOX Digital Platforms division. Paul Cheesbrough will serve as the division’s co-chair and CEO.

Anthony Wood will join Fox Corporation’s board and serve as co-chair of FOX Digital Platforms. Paul Cheesbrough will be the division’s other co-chair and CEO; the division includes Roku, Tubi and other digital businesses.
