Foxconn reported a 29.7% year-on-year rise in first-quarter revenue to T$2.13 trillion ($66.6 billion), narrowly missing estimates but marking a record March performance with T$803.7 billion in monthly revenue.
2. Nvidia GPU Demand
The cloud and networking unit led growth, fueled by strong orders for AI servers built with Nvidia GPUs, as global data-center expansion drove record demand for high-performance chips.
3. Geopolitical Risks and Outlook
Chairman Young Liu warned that the ongoing Middle East conflict poses logistics and stability challenges, potentially constraining AI rack momentum and weighing on margins through the rest of 2026.
