Fractyl Health announces special shareholder meeting

Fractyl Health will hold a special shareholder meeting on Sept. 24, 2026, via live webcast.
Shareholders will vote on authorizing a reverse stock split, with the board able to set a ratio from 1-for-5 to 1-for-15.
The proposal would cut the number of outstanding common shares while leaving the authorized share count unchanged.
