Francisco Partners leads new minority investment in TeamSystem
KKR•Francisco Partners will lead a new minority investment in TeamSystem, with KKR joining as a new minority shareholder. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
1. Investor changes
Hellman & Friedman will reinvest to retain majority ownership, while existing investor Silver Lake will increase its stake. TeamSystem provides cloud software and AI tools for small and medium-sized businesses and has revenue exceeding €1.1 billion.
2. Planned investment
The investment will support AI product development, international expansion and customer migration to TeamSystem’s cloud platform. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
