FMCC•Freddie Mac’s total mortgage portfolio increased at an annualized rate of 1.4% in August; single-family delinquency rose to 0.60% from 0.59% in July, and multifamily delinquency rose to 0.64% from 0.60%.

Freddie Mac said its total mortgage portfolio increased at an annualized rate of 1.4% in August. Single-family refinance-loan purchases were $6.10 billion; single-family delinquency rose to 0.60% from 0.59% in July, while multifamily delinquency rose to 0.64% from 0.60%.
