The lender has been renamed Freedom Bank, positioning it as the hub for an integrated financial and digital services platform in Türkiye.
Timur Turlov joined the new board alongside H. Cenk Eynehan, Furkan Evranos, and Ayşe Hale Yıldırım.
The group plans a modernization program focused on capital strength, technology upgrades, digital channels, and new product development.

Freedom Holding completed the acquisition of 99.32% of Turkish Bank, securing an entry point into Türkiye’s banking sector.
The stake was bought from sellers affiliated with Özyol Holding and National Bank of Kuwait.
