Freedom Holdings swings to FY26 Q3 net income of USD 983,626; revenue climbs to USD 2.78 million

Quarterly revenue included USD 1.75 million from solar projects sold to Thrive Power LLC and USD 1.03 million of Prosper Energy dealer fees.

Cash was USD 217,291 at June 30, 2026, with accounts receivable and contract assets of USD 3.6 million tied mainly to Thrive and Prosper.

Freedom Holdings posted Q3 FY2026 net income of USD 983,626 on revenue of USD 2.78 million.

Revenue more than doubled from USD 74,508 a year earlier, while results swung to profit from a net loss of USD 550,848.

For the nine months, net income totaled USD 1.15 million on revenue of USD 5.34 million, compared with a net loss of USD 852,108 a year earlier.
