Freight Technologies signed a two-year agreement with Marksman to license its Fleet Rocket Enterprise TMS for US-Mexico shipments, deploying AI-enabled tendering, Zayren.ai pricing, real-time tracking, ETA alerts and ERP integration. The deal gives Marksman marketplace capacity access, accelerating tendering and boosting Freight Technologies’ recurring revenue across the USMCA region.

Freight Technologies has entered into a two-year licensing agreement with Marksman XBF Holding Group to deploy its Fleet Rocket Enterprise Transportation Management System for cross-border freight operations between the United States and Mexico.
2. Platform Features
Marksman will implement Fleet Rocket modules including the AI tendering Bot, AI-powered pricing tool Zayren.ai, real-time GPS tracking, ETA predictions with automated alerts, integrated chat (including WhatsApp), mobile application access and ERP integration, while sourcing carrier capacity via the Fr8App marketplace.
