Freightos announces annual general meeting
CRGO•Freightos will hold a virtual annual general meeting on December 16, 2026. Shareholders will vote on proposals to remove director Udo Lange and require annual elections for all directors, both opposed by the board.

Shareholders will also vote on the re-election of Ezra Gardner and Pablo Pinillos as Class III directors for three-year terms ending in 2029, and the reappointment of Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer as independent auditors for 2026.
