Freightos answers shareholder questions ahead of annual meeting
CRGO•Freightos urged shareholders to reject founder Zvi Schreiber’s three proposals at its December 16, 2026, annual meeting. The proposals concern director Udo Lange’s removal, annual director elections and the company’s strategy.
1. Proposals before shareholders
Freightos’ proxy Q&A urges shareholders to reject founder Zvi Schreiber’s three proposals at the December 16, 2026, annual meeting. Schreiber seeks the removal of director Udo Lange and annual elections for all directors starting in 2027.
2. Strategic proposal and voting
Schreiber’s nonbinding strategic proposal calls for a chairman with experience scaling technology companies and renewed emphasis on rapid growth in the Platform segment. The proposal is omitted from the company’s voting forms, and submitted proxies or voting instructions will authorize votes against it. Annual director elections require two-thirds of votes cast; the removal and strategic proposals require a majority, excluding abstentions and broker non-votes.
