The Board of Directors appointed Pablo Pinillos as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board effective March 16, 2026. Pinillos succeeds founder Zvi Schreiber and transitions from his interim CEO role to permanent leadership.
2. Executive Background
Pinillos joined Freightos as Chief Financial Officer in March 2025 and became Interim CEO in January 2026. He brings over 20 years of finance, strategy and operations experience from high-growth tech firms including Qlik, Bitrise and Coincover.

As CEO, Pinillos will drive the company toward financial break-even in Q4 2026, expand its ocean and procurement management solutions, deepen customer engagement to boost transaction volumes, and oversee the search for a new CFO to strengthen financial leadership.
