Freshpet Price Targets Raised to $87 and $82; Appoints New CFO and Supply Chain SVP
Piper Sandler raised Freshpet’s price target to $87 from $80 and Wells Fargo lifted its target to $82 from $70, both maintaining Overweight ratings. Freshpet named John O’Connor as CFO and Ana Lopez as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, reporting to CEO Billy Cyr and COO Nicki Baty.

On February 4, Piper Sandler raised Freshpet’s price target to $87 from $80 and maintained an Overweight rating. On January 26, Wells Fargo lifted its target to $82 from $70 and also retained an Overweight rating on the shares.
2. Tax Refund-Driven Growth Catalyst
Analysts expect stronger middle- and high-income consumers’ elevated 2026 tax refunds and reduced withholding to serve as a key catalyst for Freshpet’s revenue growth acceleration in the coming year.
3. Executive Appointments Strengthen Leadership
Freshpet named John O’Connor as CFO effective February 9, succeeding Ivan Garcia who shifts to Senior Vice President of Finance. Ana Lopez joined as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain on February 2, with O’Connor reporting to CEO Billy Cyr and Lopez reporting to COO Nicki Baty.
