FRPT•Freshpet set President and Chief Operating Officer Nicola Baty’s annual base salary at $675,000, with a cash bonus target of at least 80% and annual long-term equity incentives targeted at at least 250% of base salary.
1. Compensation terms
The compensation took effect October 21, 2026, when Baty became president while remaining chief operating officer. She also received restricted stock units covering 58,245 common shares, scheduled to vest fully on June 30, 2029, subject to continued employment.
