Friedman Industries announces annual shareholder meeting

Friedman Industries will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Houston, Texas, on Sept. 22, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect six directors, following the planned retirement of Tim Stevenson from the board.

Items include a non-binding vote on named executive officer pay, auditor ratification for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, and a charter amendment on shareholder bylaw changes.
