Friedman Industries announces annual shareholder meeting

Friedman Industries will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Houston, Texas on Sept. 22, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect six directors, following the planned retirement of Tim Stevenson and a board reduction to six seats.

Items include an advisory vote on named executive officer pay, auditor ratification for the year ending March 31, 2027, and an articles amendment to allow shareholder bylaw changes.
