Outlook and drivers
Frontier said it sees third-quarter adjusted diluted EPS between $(0.10) and $0.10.
The company expects third-quarter capacity growth of 17% to 18% versus the prior-year quarter, and said full-year pre-delivery deposit balance is expected to decrease by $170 million to $210 million.
Frontier said record second-quarter revenue was driven by strong travel demand and favorable competitive capacity. Revenue management initiatives and commercial strategy contributed to higher RASM and revenue growth, while expanded network across key leisure and business markets supported revenue growth.
